A: Yes, we do. Our GST Register number is M2-0084927-2
Q: Can I include my company logo or the event slogan on the gift items?
A: Yes, you may.
Q: Can I take a loan on the sample?
A: Yes, you can.
A deposit for the loan items is required.Sample on load is limited to a maximum period of 7 days only.
Returned samples must be in their original condition without any damages or breakages to the products and its packaging.
Customer may invoiced be accordingly should the above conditions are breached.
Q: Is there any delivery charge?
A: Delivery is free subject to minimum sales amount must exceed S$300/- per order and delivery to one location only or a surcharge of S$30/- per location will apply; else self-collection is opted.
Q: What if I canít find any items on the website, can I have a special request?
A: You can fill up the quotation form or send over an email to us; we will try our best to source the requested items for you.

Q: What would be the approximately delivery time?
A: Upon confirmation of order, a printed production sample is about 7-10 days for approval & confirmation.

Gift items
30-45 days for 500 pieces.
45-60 days for 500 pieces & above.

Brochure Holders with printing (locally printed)
14-21days for 500 pieces.
30 days for 500 pieces & above.

The above production time is for reference only; specific timing will depend on the item & quantity ordered.
